CS visits Shanghai to inspect Hong Kong's Expo preparation

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will depart for Shanghai on March 19 to inspect the progress of Hong Kong's preparatory work for World Expo 2010 Shanghai. He will be accompanied by Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Joshua Law; Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Duncan Pescod; Director of Information Services, Mr Michael Wong; and representatives of concerned bureaux and departments.

Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong in the evening. During his absence, the Secretary for Education, Mr Michael Suen, will be acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
